Park City was formed in 1997 and now has a £1.5m turnover, a retained client base of 200 clients across the South East with a client retention rate of over 90%.  Park City is a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider specialising in Human Resources, Health & Safety and Training and Development services.

Park City’s unique selling point centres on the quality of the client relationships it has developed through face to face contact between Park City and its clients.

Client services include employee documentation and systems, employment contracts, induction procedures, appraisal systems, employee relations management support, alongside Health & Safety documentation, audits and Health & Safety Management and Training and Development.
