Welcome to Park City's December Newsletter.
Firstly, I would like to take this opportunity to wish you and your
company a very happy Christmas and a prosperous and successful new
year.
With the winter season upon us, companies must now consider
the implications this season on working practices and the unique HR and
Health & Safety issues associated with this time of year. As

As a result of our November newsletter survey, we discovered that
many of you are holding staff christmas parties this year. Whilst these
are valuable company activities, every year our consultants have to
manage difficult staff issues that arise out of these well-intentioned
activities. To stop these problems happening in your organisation,

Finally, I would like to remind our valued clients of our 24 hour,
continuous helpline availability over the festive season. Park City's
offices will be open until as normal until 23rd December. From 24th to 28th December, please call the out-of-hours helpline number if
you have an HR or Health & Safety emergency. From 29th December,
the office will be manned by consultants, so please call the regular
office number. From 1st to 4th January, please call the emergency out-of-hours helpline number if you have an urgent personnel or Health & Safety issue.
