Juliet Price, is the founder and Managing Director of award-winning Human Resource and Health & Safety business, Park City Consulting, employing 28 people based in Colchester, Essex. Juliet is a former winner of the IoD’s East of England Businesswoman of the Year Award.
Juliet is Past Chairman of the IoD (Institute of Directors) Essex Branch and prior to that had served on the Committee for six years, she brings entrepreneurial spirit, drive and enthusiasm to everything she undertakes.
Juliet has twin daughters, Molly and Jasmine and is married to fellow Director Tim. Her interests outside work include fitness training with her personal trainer, playing golf, clay pigeon shooting, travel and cooking for dinner parties.
Tim joined Park City in November 2005, initially taking responsibility for Health & Safety Services and Training. He is now in overall control of all service delivery including HR, Health & Safety and all support functions.
Tim has 25 years manufacturing and business leadership experience and has operated at UK board and US Corporate levels. His skills and experiences include business planning and management, sales and marketing, quality and continuous improvement processes, lean manufacturing, Health & safety, environmental management and commercial and cultural change.
He is now Chairman of Essex IoD, 1000 members, and Vice Chairman of the Essex Employment and Skills Board, changing and influencing skills provision in Essex to support Growth and inward investment and also represents the Skills Board and Essex IoD on the Greater Essex Business Board , working with the SELEP to channel Government investment to support the Corridors of Growth in Essex.
Colin’s extensive business experience and career developed over 30 years. From an engineering apprenticeship to President of Lucas Aerospace Gear Box Division in North America.
In the early sixties Colin's engineering training commenced with a traditional five year apprenticeship, with Websters Eng Co London. He then became a development engineer with BOC moving to a Machine tool development engineer with Lucas in Sudbury in 1964.
In 1997 Colin took early retirement and returned to the UK and joined the existing Board of Directors at Park City to provide a corporate view in supporting business decisions. His detailed business knowledge and varied experience is a valuable asset to Park City’s Board.
Colin's main interests are fishing, shooting, world travel with his wife Chris and charitable work locally through Rotary Club Frinton on Sea.
