Alison Game
HR Operations Manager
Alison Game is a fully qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has 10 years' experience in Human Resources, including Retail, Hotel and Leisure and Hospitality and has recently completed a BA Hons degree in Business Management.

Alison is responsible for the day to day management of our HR Consultants and their Administration team.  Alison also coordinates the activities of the Sector Champions and is a member of Park City’s Management team.

Alison has worked for Park City with a variety of clients ranging from Car Dealerships, Hotel and Golf clubs, Insurance and Software through to Construction, Manufacturing and Print.  She has an analytical and organised approach to problem-solving and likes to be accessible and approachable to clients and co-workers alike.  Alison’s current client portfolio includes Hotel and Leisure, Office and Retail, Health Care Providers, Finance and Insurance and Manufacturing and Print.

Previously Alison has worked in a Generalist HR role at Manager Level, covering key areas such as recruitment, contracts of employment, employee relations, change management, absence management, disciplinary & grievance, policy development, succession planning, organisation development and training.

Alison enjoys sports including badminton and going to the gym.  She also plays netball for an Ipswich League netball team and enjoys socialising and meeting with friends.
