Louise Hunt
HR Services Manager
Louise Hunt is a fully qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, with 16 years HR experience in a variety of roles.

Louise manages a number of Park City’s larger clients covering Banking, Finance, Retail, Automotive, Printing and the Service Industry sectors.

As a member of Park City’s Management team, Louise is also responsible for supporting Sales and Marketing activities and coordinates the internal HR requirements for Park City.

Louise’s previous position was within the Wholesale and International Banking Division of Lloyds TSB Bank plc, based in the City, also working in the offices in the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.  As Senior HR Business Partner she was responsible for providing strategic advice and guidance to the Offshore Banking Directors, Senior Managers and 1500 associated staff.  She was responsible for supporting the Board and business managers in the implementation of their business strategy and providing advice and assistance with all operational issues.

Prior to this, Louise worked in the Lloyds TSB Treasury Dealing Room focussing on reward management, strategic salary surveys and the introduction of a shared services model in a demanding yet dynamic environment.

Louise’s career has taken her all over the UK and offshore Islands.  She has also lived abroad and still enjoys travelling and experiencing different cultures.  Louise likes to spend her free time entertaining family and friends, watching all sport and supporting the Colchester branch of Samaritans.
