Key Duties and Responsibilities
· To generate own sales leads, through telemarketing/networking etc to achieve required volume of prospects.
· Responsible for ‘working’ the prospect CRM database.
· To develop prospects, negotiate and win new client service contracts.
· To meet or exceed targets and objectives set.
· To prepare Proposals, working with the Sales and Marketing Administrator and present these to prospect Clients in line with Company Policy.
· To work with team members to develop sales and marketing strategies in line with the business plan for business development activities.
· To implement, achieve and report on agreed personal targets and objectives.
· To provide effective management information, performance analysis and business planning in support of sales programmes and target account initiatives.
· To conduct a seamless and professional handover of new client contracts to the Human Resources and Health & Safety Consultants.
· To liaise with the Consultants in the preparation of ‘Health Checks’ for prospective clients.
· To actively contribute to the Company Business Planning process including the setting, agreeing and achievement of team and individual business objectives.
· To attend regional or sector specific networking events, as an ambassador for Park City.
· To host ‘reception’ at ‘workshops’ or training events, to develop prospect contacts and as an ambassador for Park City.
Person Specification
· Pivotal role for a self disciplined, self confident, business focused individual.
· Clean Driving licence and own car essential.
· Graduate with entrepreneurial flair and a sales, marketing or business related degree.
· Stature and presence to influence at all levels.
· Strong interpersonal and presentational skills. Diplomatic edge.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Results driven. Self motivated to achieve targets and rewards.
· Creative thinker. The ability to multi task.
· Analytical skills (required for quickly assessing client needs).
· IT literate – Word, Excel PowerPoint, Access and Outlook.
The post holder will probably have a background in ‘Sales’ in the Service Sector or a track record in Business Development.
