CMI Level 3 Diploma In First Line Management

The first stage in your CMI journey, the CMI Level 3 diploma is a ‘gold standard’ accredited award aimed at all first line managers, team leaders and supervisors who are looking to develop their managerial skills and receive accreditation which will be recognised worldwide. This practical qualification will help delegates with managerial responsibility improve the efficiency of their team Skills include, resource planning, developing individuals and teams and managing quality standards.

CMI Level 5 In Leadership and Management

Building on the skills delegates acquired during their CMI Level 3 training or for mid-level managers who are looking towards senior management and want to feel more confident in their responsibilities, the CMI Level 5 diploma is perfect. You don’t have to have Level 3 to join the Level 5 programme. Training is designed to develop delegates skills in order to help them become better prepared to manage their current teams. Key management skills, such as performance, personal development, resource management and quality control in order to help delegates deliver effective and professional management at a high level. Once you have qualified with a Level 5 Diploma you may want to take the next step to apply for Chartered Manager accreditation.

In-House or Open Course?

If you’re debating beginning your CMI journey or considering starting the next stage of your management and leadership training, Park City has the team and the facilities to support you. We offer clients the choice of an in-house or open course training. In-House training is exclusive to your business and your staff. This would be appropriate for businesses who wish to develop 6 or more of their employees and be held either at your office, or in Park City’s training facilities. Alternatively, if it is just yourself or less than 6 delegates who wish to attend, we offer an open course. Open training is equally beneficial and involves mixing with delegates in a similar situation from other companies.

Open Course Waiting List

The process of CMI training means that businesses who wish to send up to six fully committed delegates on our leadership and management training will be added to a waiting list. Once this list has reached the minimum amount, we organise dates.

If you'd like to continue on your CMI journey or you are a Director Designate and progressing to more a strategic role, then you would want to achieve your CMI level 7, or maybe you have completed Level 5 and want to apply for charter manager accreditation, we can help. Award, Certificate or Diploma?

  • Each module is worth at least 6 credits
  • Awards are 1 module (1 day), 5 to 10 credits
  • Certificates are 3 modules (3 days), 13 to 20 credits
  • Diplomas are 6 modules (6 days), 37 or more credits

How Long Does It Take?

  • Diploma's are 6 modules, they provide a comprehensive and extensive programme of learning and takes between 6 and 12 months.
  • Each module is a day of learning at Park City from 9am to 4pm, followed by an assignment in between.
  • Our modules run every 6 weeks

  • Park City offer open courses at our premises, where any company can mix with others.
  • However, if you would like an exclusive course for your company, we can provide the course at your offices.
