  • Carley is a qualified CIPD Professional whose career in HR began in 2003. She has specialised in providing accurate and timely HR advice whilst managing ER cases including, but not limited to, disciplinary, grievance, absence, long term absence, redundancy and the performance management of all levels of staff.
