Tim joined Park City in 2005 and is now in control of all service delivery including HR, Health & Safety and support functions. Tim has 25 years of business leadership experience and has operated at UK board and US Corporate levels.
Jennie is responsible for the day to day management of the HR Consulting function. She coordinates the activities of Consultants to maintain excellent standards of service delivery and is a member of Park City's Leadership team.
Carley is a qualified CIPD Professional whose career in HR began in 2003. She has specialised in providing accurate and timely HR advice whilst managing ER cases including, but not limited to, disciplinary, grievance, absence, long term absence, redundancy and the performance management of all levels of staff.
Sam has gained her experience in HR working for several sectors, including Defence and Logistics. Sam is an HR consultant with an increasing portfolio and is the lead advisor for our HR Platform, supporting clients with their data migration, system orientation and user orientation.
Penny is a fully qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development with 25 years' experience in Human Resources, including Retail, Charity and IT sectors. Penny’s most recent employed role was Director of HR and H&S at Notcutts Ltd. Penny has worked with Park City both as a client and as an HR Consultant. As an experienced trainer, Penny has designed and delivered a range of training courses.
Doug is a highly qualified senior HR professional with 20+ years’ experience gained working across the private, public and not for profit sectors. He has worked in a variety of generalist roles both in house and as a Consultant. Doug's particular specialisms include Employment Law, Change and Transformation, HR Information Systems and Coaching.
Anne is a fully qualified HR professional, with over 30 years experience in generalist HR roles within the retail and commercial sectors. Anne’s career includes multi-site retail experience most recently at Fenwick Ltd, where she spent 15 years as HR Manager.
Sam is responsible for supporting the HR and H&S consultants in an administrative capacity and co-ordinating training seminars. Sam began in the City of London, working for banking institutions in various support roles most recently supporting the CEO and a Member of the House of Lords. Sam gained her HR administration experience within a high profile Investment Bank in London, before moving into senior executive support roles.
Molly is responsible for Park City’s HR helpline, telephone and email service provision, providing advice and guidance on HR and ER related issues, whilst supporting the HR team in dealing with HR queries and administration work. In addition, Molly supports clients with our HR digital platform, powered by Breathe, whilst also managing a portfolio of clients.
Sara has a strong background in customer service, working around London and Essex in Hotels and Venues and has always been focused on leaving customers/clients with the best possible impression. Sara loves to put the customer first and has clear attention to detail. She understands the need for listening to client’s needs, adding value in her responses and exceeding the expectations of both clients and colleagues.
Roly is a Chartered Fellow of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) and has been a member of IOSH since 1986. In 1999, Roly was honoured with an MBE for services to health and safety at work.
Ashley has more than 20 years’ experience in health and safety management systems, health and safety regulatory compliance, risk management, training and accident/incident investigation.
James brings a functional approach to health & safety, focussing on continual improvement and education to improve both culture and productivity at work. He's known for overcoming the traditional ‘clipboard’ image of health and safety, showing people that good health and safety means good business. Supporting directors through to front line workers, James is approachable. He makes safety work for each individual client, providing advice with a practicable application solution in mind.
As a qualified H&S professional, Poppy is experienced in development and implementation of ISO45001 & ISO9001 health, safety and quality management systems and procedures, including H&S audits utilising HSG65 methodology, fire risk assessments to PAS 79-2020 standard, reporting, investigating accidents and incidents in accordance with RIDDOR and ESQCR.
Ken has a lifetime of experience with Quality management systems in very senior positions implementing and assessing them across five continents. A toolmaker by trade, his experience covers all manufacturing sectors as well as civil engineering, asbestos removal and the supply of temporary staff to the security and hospitality sectors. Ken leads Park City’s ISO implementation and maintenance service for clients.
Shannon has been consulting for five years helping clients achieve and maintain ISO certifications in the UK and internationally in a variety of industries, including oil reclamation and plastic recycling, construction, waste management and manufacturing. Shannon has a Bachelors and Masters degree in environmental science as well as being certified to conduct ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 audits.
Colin is a consultant in our specialist Education Team. He works closely with our Human Resources and Health and Safety Consultants to deliver services to Independent Schools.
Steve is responsible for CMI Management Training and Coaching. He is a qualified coach and Samaritan with a history in Management Training and Lean Transformation. He believes that the secret of effective leadership is establishing and maintaining effective relationships.
Dave has nearly forty years’ experience as senior leader and director in the public, private and not for profit sectors. He became a workplace mediator whilst serving as a fire officer, during a time of radical organisational change. Dave has worked as a mediator for ten years and has experience of dealing with boardroom conflict, disputes between managers, dysfunctional teams and breakdowns in relationships between employees.
Park City associate, Irene has a strong leadership & development background formed through her work within Leadership & Management, People Management & Recruitment. Passionate about the people agenda,Irene has a vast range of skills, including the design, delivery & evaluation of both CMI and ILM accredited programmes ranging from Levels 3-7.
Barbara has worked in accountancy and bookkeeping for over 25 years. Although her degree is in Geography and Geology she has concentrated her career in the IT and Accounting sectors. Barbara likes to set up systems and procedures so that even random ad hoc requests can be fulfilled. Barbara takes great pride in her work and likes to help people whenever possible.
IT Consultant Ian Taylor from Mercury Maynard lends his expertise by advising on our ICT requirements in order to meet our strategic business objectives. We follow Ian’s guidance regarding operational IT and IT future planning to safeguard the structure and efficiency of our systems.
Marketing Strategist Kim Moore from KG Moore manages all Park City’s day to day marketing activity. She has developed the Park City Marketing plan and manages the daily implementation of marketing activity to ensure that meeting customer needs.
