This half day course is aimed at all employees, to help them gain a basic level of knowledge surrounding ill Mental Health within the workplace. The training covers a variety of conditions as well as how to start the process of sign posting colleagues to get help.
This one day course delivers all of the content from Level 1, plus a greater depth of understanding
the different types of mental ill health, understanding employees’ emotional intelligence and the ability to promote an action plan to promote a healthy workplace.
