Covid-19 Government guidance issued this week

Friday 28 August 2020

Please find below our Friday update for the relevant Business related Covid-19 Government guidance issued this week.

We have received a number of calls from clients seeking advice about what to do when a member of staff is either asked to self-isolate due to track and trace, unrelated to work or where a member of staff who has attended work has subsequently been identified positive for COVID-19.

As we confirmed earlier this week, track and trace and or staff being tested positive for COVID-19 remains one of the main risks to running your business and sustaining the staff levels required.

Please call us should you need support or advice as a result of this scenario. We will be releasing to clients a step by step guide next week on how to manage this issue if it arises.

One other dynamic we have been made aware of has been staff, who are remote working, deciding to meet in someone’s home to work together in teams, whilst this is commendable in terms of commitment, if Social distancing rules and the simple guidelines for meeting people outside of the family unit , are not followed, this again could result in a loss of staff if someone in the group has to self-isolate or is tested positive for COVID-19.

Remember, you are not alone and Park City’s experienced and dedicated team are available to help and support.
