Another weekend passes and after the excitement of many due to the prospect of Holidays in Europe being “back on” through last week, we return to our working week with the news of returning Spanish holidaymakers needing to self isolate for 14 days due to a spike in cases in Spain.
This is a timely reminder for many businesses as we enter our holiday season in the UK, the potential risk of losing staff resources as a result of track and trace in the UK is now further increased by returning staff from Holidays. Spain may not be the last destination to require additional quarantine rules on return.
Resource planning through this challenging time balancing the needs of your business, the safety of staff and visitors, returning furlough staff, holiday requirements and now self-quarantine on their return, will be an area that could catch many businesses out.
Park City’s teams are here and available to support your planning, help you make those difficult decisions and implement policies to protect your business operations.
