In Conversation with - Nicola Croft

Meet Nicola Croft our new HR Consultant at Park City. A qualified lawyer, Nicola was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1996.  Having practiced employment law for over 10 years, she moved into Human Resources working as an HR Business Partner in a large, multi-disciplinary organisation for 11 years.

Her experience is diverse across both the public and private sectors.

She has a pragmatic, solution-based approach with an attention to detail and intellectual rigour that have proved invaluable in the management of numerous complex cases.  That same approach in the drafting of policies and procedures ensures legal compliance, consistency and ease of use for both employers and employees.

Nicola has designed and delivered a range of training interventions including performance management, sickness absence management and equality and diversity.  Her aim is to provide clients with the tools and skills to manage their employees as efficiently and productively as possible.

When not working, Nicola enjoys live music, foreign travel and swimming.

Here are a few questions we asked Nicola...
