Tackle Ill Health In The Workplace With A Health And Wellbeing Plan

Mental health issues are a growing concern in the workplace. The latest statistics from the HSE show that more people in the UK are experiencing work-related stress, depression or anxiety more than ever before.

According to the HSE’s Labour Force Survey, 595,000 cases of work-related stress, depression or anxiety were recorded in 2017/2018 - a 13% increase on the previous year. And it’s not a one-off, with the previous year seeing a rise of 7%. This figure represents 57% of the total number of lost working days, a serious concern for any business.
