The CMI Level 5 in Leadership and Management designed to help delegates become better prepared to manage teams in a way that is relevant to their current role. It covers key management skills such performance, personal development, resource management and quality control.
The course comprises six units, totalling 41 units, which will be studied through lectures, discussion groups, role play, assignments and one-to-one mentoring. As a guide, you should allow between 20 and 30 hours of study per unit.
CMI membership is included for the duration of study.
