This course covers the following:
• Identifying what constitutes discrimination/harassment on the grounds of race, sex, sexual orientation, age, religion or belief, gender reassignment, pregnancy and maternity, marriage and civil partnership, disability and third-party harassment
• Develop confidence and skills to manage bullying and harassment in the workplace
• Understand the legal framework and what constitutes bullying and harassment
• How to effectively utilise company policies and procedures on bullying and harassment
• How to deal with allegations and complaints – what happens if you get it wrong and what is the risk of failing to address these issues
You will have a better understanding of the practicalities of managing bullying and harassment whilst bring able to understand the legal framework and what constitutes bullying and harassment and recognising the risks of failing to address the issues of bullying and harassment.
